Unlike the other designs, the tip of the nozzle is very close to the heating block, which means that the heat in the filament is kept optimal until the actual printing. This variant of the V6 Nozzle is developed for the so-called DaVolcano heating blocks. Here, the heating cartridge is mounted vertically and the melting zone is thus extended. The long heating zone has the advantage that you can run larger nozzle diameters at higher speeds without having problems with the material feed or a back pressure. These nozzles can ONLY be used with a DaVolcano heating block.

All Advanc3D nozzles are made of brass CuZn37, steel X 8 CrNiS 18-9 or titanium Ti-5Al-2.5Sn of the highest quality and using the most advanced technology. All nozzles are manufactured with a tolerance below ± 0.01 mm. This results in a very smooth and uniform extrusion, which is of course noticeable in the print quality!
For best results we recommend to re-level your print bed after each nozzle change. Our nozzles are also compatible with other 3D printers, but may have a different height.
