We are a small medium-sized company from the dreamy Kümmersbruck in Bavaria. Since 2007 we offer our customers optimal quality without expensive. In 2017, we also decided to operate a spare parts trade for 3D printers and have now completed our new store in 2019. We offer 3D printers from customer returns and overstocks as well as spare parts 'Made in Germany', 'refined in Germany' and imported goods.

refined in Germany - What does that actually mean? Like many others, we also get a part of our goods from Asia and were partly surprised by the quality you get there. After a long search we found producers who deliver a very good quality. However, we want to offer our customers more than just "good" quality.

Every component with the addition "refined in Germany" is delivered to us as a semi-finished product. That means, it is only the blank that has to be finished. We took a look at the products and spare parts of the big players and found some differences between industrial goods and hobby goods. For example, since certain tolerances occur in any manufacturing process, we check our reworked nozzles for accuracy and manually ream the bore. The advantage of this is a better and more even material flow, less clogging and a cleaner print result.

Anyone who has ever bought cheap knows what they are getting. Components are sometimes poorly deburred or limited in function. We check each component by hand for optimal function and rework it accordingly. If the tolerances of a component are too large, it is rejected as B-goods. If the spring on an extruder is too slack, we replace it in advance. We know how quickly you are annoyed when a spare part does not meet your requirements and want to provide the groundwork for a successful 3D print with our rework.
