The convenient size gives users the flexibility to make 3D models a reality without limitations. At the same time, a lot of emphasis was placed on reliability. The larger the print job, the longer the print time, which is why it's especially important here to be able to rely on continuous, repeatable and reliable results. Here, the Chinese company Creality3D has used a renewed frame with a diagonal crossbar, which gives the whole printer more stability. At the same time, the Y-axis runs on two belts and two motors, instead of the usual single belt with one motor. This provides stronger possible acceleration and more stable control, which increases printing precision.Completely redesigned material feederThe Creality3D CR-10 Max comes standard with a mechanical filament sensor, which can detect the end of a filament spool or a broken filament strand. At the same time, the 3D printer's feeder relies on original Bondtech gears, which are synonymous in the industry with high-quality material extrusion. The very precise gears mesh with each other to consistently prevent filament slippage. Creality also uses only high-quality and original Capricorn tubing for the PTFE bowden tubes. These tubes have significantly lower manufacturing tolerances than standard PTFE tubes. The Bowden Tubes therefore enable precise and controlled extrusions even with retractions as well as material feed.Intelligent electronics for intuitive operationThe CR-10 Max uses a high-resolution full-color touchscreen, which makes operating the printer child's play. Additionally, the printer can easily continue printing after a power failure. A split power supply allows the heater bed to be controlled separately from the printer's mainboard. In practice, this ensures faster warm-up times for the print bed. A sensor on the print head also allows the print bed to be fine-tuned quickly and easily. The automatic leveling of the Z-axis ensures that prints adhere well to the print surface, but without damaging it.Note: We categorize this product as an entry-level item.
