Mayku FormBox Desktop Vacuum Forming MachineThe Mayku FormBox puts the power of manufacturing in your hands. Powered by any vacuum cleaner, it works with a variety of materials to help you bring your ideas to life. Whether you make by hand or with your 3D printer, the FormBox is your very own desktop fabrication line.A universal port allows household vacuums to be connected to the FormBox. A thermoplastic plate is heated to a freely adjustable temperature between 160C and 340C via a radiant heater. A built-in loudspeaker emits a signal tone to indicate that the plastic has finished heating up.The Mayku mold box is perfectly suited for the production of molds, packaging or even art objects. Especially in combination with a 3D printer, simple templates can be created, which are then realized with the mold box.With thermoforming, among other things, molds for concrete or plaster, but also food, such as chocolate ice cream or pudding can be made. There are no limits to creativity.15 Cast and Form Sheets each are supplied. Both types have a thickness of 0.5mm. Mayku FormBox is compatible with materials between 0.3mm and 1.5mm.Mayku Cast Sheets:Transparent and food-grade 0.5mm sheets for making reusable molds. The lightweight flex and non-stick surface offered by the material ensures that your templates and casts can be easily removed. Simply mix the powder with water using the measuring spoons provided. Once prepared, the liquid is easy to pour and quickly hardens to a hard, smooth, translucent white cast that mimics fine detail.
