About the Voron 2.4
The Voron 2.4 is a well-designed open source CoreXY 3D printer that is known for its reliability, impressive looks and high performance.
For example, with 4 independently controlled Z-motors, it is able to align the gantry parallel to the printing platform before printing.
The Formbot Voron 2.4 kit is available in 2 variants, differing only in the size of the build envelope:
- Voron 2.4 300 kit →300 x 300 x 300 mm.
- Voron 2.4 350 kit → 350 x 350 x 350 mm
Stable performance
All Voron printers are built with CoreXY or CoreXZ configurations to reduce the amount of moving mass and allow for greater acceleration and speed.
Download Fusion 360 and get a free license to view the 3D model of the printer. The 3D model is a very useful reference when the manual is ambiguous or unclear.
